Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting into the Brand and Insight Manager and working with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Responsible for the end-to-end creative journey across all channels – up to and including completed artwork
  • Brand guardian ensuring brand continuity across all touchpoints – owner of brand guidelines
  • Working with closely with the Digital Product Owner to continually improve on site user experience through testing and incremental development
  • Working alongside the CRM manager to iteratively improve the customer journey, building the emails that form part of this journey
  • Working as a key part the marketing function to bring to life campaigns and projects. Working with individual stakeholders and collectively
  • Working closely with the property team to guide the development of new sites and redevelopment of the existing estate
  • Manage and direct brand imagery for campaigns and ‘evergreen’ brand communications
  • The source of creative knowledge and inspiration within the team, abreast of the latest creative industry developments
  • Manage freelance resource to make sure briefs get delivered on time

Job Requirements

Experience and Personal attributes required:

  • A minimum of 5 years creative industry experience at a mid-weight/senior level
  • You’ll be a great communicator, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Be inspirational, be curious, be determined, be reliable & be humble.
  • The ability to multitask is essential as campaigns, projects of various scales and ad hoc requests all run simultaneously in a fast paced business
  • Experienced in owning and developing brand guidelines
  • Comfortable working across all forms of print, all digital channels and video is essential. Illustrative and animation skills would be advantageous 
  • An organised team player who is as comfortable working in a team as they are working alone
  • Experience working with signage and the design of retail spaces
  • Comfortable with a data driven approach to the creative process
  • An expert in Adobe creative suite. Experience in Sketch and Powerpoint would be advantageous
  • Experience with HTML and CSS
  • Experienced in building email comms, Salesforce experience would be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of tools to manage workflow
