The Opportunity

This a unique opportunity for an ambitious and highly commercial Senior Operator with significant multi-site experience to step into a performing multi £M region.  As a Regional Manger you will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing the operations of up of several clinics ensuring they achieve EBITDA.     
  • Leading, motivating and managing a high performing team.
  • Delivering industry leading customer service.
  • Making our vision and values live and breath.
  • P&L management, taking every opportunity to minimise costs and maximise revenue throughout your region.
  • Working with and through Clinic Managers to ensure audit, policies, procedures and medical governance standards are met at all times.
  • Trouble shooting in each clinic, identifying and nullifying threats, and maximising opportunities. 
  • Developing strategy to determine opportunities for future growth and development    
  • Form a part of the Senior Management Team and contribute to Operational Meetings and projects.

Job Requirements

Background and Experience

  • Proven experience managing and developing a dynamic, multi-site business.
  • Naturally positive, you'll have bags of energy and be a real driver of success through trained, focused and motivated teams.
  • A background of working in fast moving, high action environments such as retail, hospitality or leisure.
  • P&L management experience with the ability to interpret complex sales data and convert into action
  • Sales focused and operationally strong, client experience will also be a key personal driver
  • A strategic thinker and customer driven, you will be able to lead and develop staff at all levels.
  • Sound commercial acumen, good judgement and a pragmatic approach to solving problems.
  • Highly organised and possess excellent ‘full lifecycle’ people management and development skills.
