A bit about us - and why we need you!

Treating over 25,000 clients each month through a nationwide network of 49 clinics, sk:n is the UK’s largest provider of advanced skin treatments. We have a truly recognisable brand which has been carefully built over 28 years on the foundations of efficacy, knowledge and trust. Simply put, our aim is to give people greater self-confidence through better skin. Whether we’re getting rid of unwanted facial hair, treating acne, removing blemishes or reducing the signs of ageing, we change lives every day and it’s something we’re extremely passionate about. It’s an exciting time, we're expanding our clinic network throughout the UK and aim to have 55 sites by the end of 2018.

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a part-time Nurse Prescriber to join the team in our Cambridge Clinic.

Our people are our greatest asset and we are interested in hearing from Registered Nurses who have a genuine interest in developing a career within the rapidly expanding Medical Aesthetics industry. As an integral part of the sk:n team, you will often be required to work independently offering expert advice and life changing treatments. Direct experience in this field is not essential, as full training will be given in a range of laser treatments and other aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, micro-sclerotherapy and micro-needling.

Our clinics benefit from a robust system of governance with strict protocols for all our treatments and regular audits, our Nurse prescribers play a key part in maintaining and improving these standards.  All sk:n clinics are registered and inspected by the Care Quality Commission, ensuring exacting clinical standards and peace of mind for our clients.

What’s in it for you?

There are opportunities for continuous professional development; once fully trained and after gaining experience within our business, Nurse Prescribers can also progress towards becoming a Lead Nurse, Regional Nurse Trainer and Clinic Manager.

As well as the opportunity to train in the life changing treatments that we offer our clients, you will also receive a competitive salary, bonuses and 33 days holiday (pro-rata).

Finally, it’s an opportunity to join the UK’s market leader within the rapidly expanding Aesthetic and Cosmetic industry. You too could be changing lives by helping people to achieve greater self-confidence through better skin!

If this sounds like the career path you have been looking for, we look forward to hearing from you!
